In 1991 won a scholarship to the international theater school, Scuola Internazionle di Teatro "il Circo a Vapore" in Rome, where he studied mime, acting, and directing for the theater.

Attended Liceo Artistico in Rome, where he studied stagecraft, animation, and film production.
